Effective Date: May 29, 2026
Welcome to CrowFlow. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, booking consultations, communicating with us, and purchasing or using our services.
By using our website, submitting a form, booking a demo, communicating with CrowFlow, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.
About CrowFlow
CrowFlow provides AI automation and customer communication services for local service businesses. Our services may include missed-call text-back systems, automated lead follow-up, appointment booking automation, CRM setup, reminder systems, review request automation, chat widgets, and related business workflow automation.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use the CrowFlow website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any forms, chat widgets, calendars, or communication tools.
Consultations and Demo Bookings
When you book a consultation or demo with CrowFlow, you agree to provide accurate contact and business information. Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship unless both parties agree to move forward with services. CrowFlow may contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding your inquiry, appointment, or requested services.
Services
CrowFlow may provide setup, automation, software configuration, workflow design, CRM support, and related digital services. The exact services provided will depend on the package, proposal, agreement, or written communication between CrowFlow and the customer. CrowFlow does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, lead volume, appointment volume, or sales outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including the customer’s offer, market, lead quality, responsiveness, sales process, and business operations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, pricing information, calendar availability, contact information, website access, CRM access, and any other materials needed to complete setup. Customers are also responsible for reviewing and approving messages, automations, forms, workflows, and customer-facing communication before using them with real leads or customers.
Payments and Billing
CrowFlow may charge one-time setup fees, monthly service fees, software access fees, usage-based fees, or other agreed-upon charges. Payment terms will be provided before services begin. By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees by the due date. If a payment fails, CrowFlow may pause or limit services until the balance is paid.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Some CrowFlow services may be billed monthly or on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring services continue until canceled. Customers may request cancellation by contacting CrowFlow. Cancellation terms, notice periods, and final billing may depend on the specific service agreement or plan selected.
Refunds
Setup fees, completed work, and delivered services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. CrowFlow may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Third-Party Platforms
CrowFlow may use third-party platforms and tools to provide services, including CRM systems, automation platforms, email providers, SMS providers, payment processors, calendar tools, AI tools, and website platforms.
CrowFlow is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, restrictions, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through our website, form, chat widget, calendar, or other opt-in method, you may agree to receive text messages from CrowFlow related to your inquiry, consultation, appointment, requested services, or business relationship with CrowFlow.
Message types may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, service-related updates, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from CrowFlow unless you opt in again.
For help, reply HELP or contact CrowFlow directly at [email protected] or (808) 463-1872.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Email Communications
By submitting your email address, you may receive emails related to your inquiry, consultation, appointment, service updates, or business relationship with CrowFlow. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe option is provided or contact us directly to request removal.
Intellectual Property
All CrowFlow branding, website content, copy, designs, logos, graphics, workflows, templates, and other materials created by CrowFlow remain the property of CrowFlow unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, or reuse CrowFlow systems, templates, or materials outside of their own business without written permission.
Confidentiality
CrowFlow may receive access to business information, customer communication workflows, CRM data, website details, or other sensitive information while providing services. CrowFlow will take reasonable steps to keep customer information confidential and use it only as needed to provide services, operate systems, or comply with legal and platform requirements.
Limitation of Liability
CrowFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, business interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrowFlow’s total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the customer to CrowFlow for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Professional Legal, Financial, or Compliance Advice
CrowFlow may help set up automation, messaging, and customer communication systems, but CrowFlow does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own business practices, advertising, messaging, privacy policies, terms, and customer communications comply with applicable laws, industry rules, and platform requirements.
